Tours & Excursions – Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellation: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, as we confirm food orders, guest numbers, shuttle capacity, and logistics with our captain and providers. Booking Cutoff: Reservations are accepted up to 12 hours before departure, subject to availability. Dinner Orders: All guests must submit their dinner selection in advance of the trip so our food partners can prepare accordingly. Liability Acknowledgment: By booking, guests acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and agree to release Cafecito Surf from any liability for injury, accidents, or property damage occurring during any part of the experience.
